This is a one person business, owned and operated by a single artist. Every item is made with passion, care, and my dedication to the craft. Ultimately, your satisfaction with the items I make is of paramount importance.
Taxes and duties: For shipments outside of the United States, customers are responsible for payment of any applicable import duties, customs fees and/or other duties, fees, taxes and charges.
Free shipping on all orders $100 and above (excluding cases).
$9 shipping on orders up to $99.
$14 shipping for cases.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted from customers within the United States. All sales outside the United States are final, except in the case of defects.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the same state they were sent in; undamaged and in a resaleable condition. Returns that are damaged, including damage in transit, or altered may not be accepted.
Shipping & Handling
Items in stock are usually shipped the same, or next, business day. If an order needs to be cancelled then please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to cancel an order but because I aim to ship orders promptly, cancellation may not always be possible.
For custom made items or those made to order, please allow at least 7-14 business days (depending on workload) to prepare the items before shipping.Domestic and Worldwide Shipping
All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided the item is returned within 7 days of you receiving the order.
